whole of the day sucked just now.
classes was boring , teachers were boring.
work was boring. even recess was boring.
the worst was trning. we had friendly againtst YUYING sec.
we won. budden i was disappointed.
for the first time was i ever so insulted.
but amazuingly. i really agreed on wad coach said.
i was pretty useless in there. T^T
was seriously disappointed in myself.
i coulnt even spike properly. everything i did wasnt good enuff in coach's eyes.
everything i did was bad, no good, like shit .
i felt so bad! i held back my tears for like hours.
than , mdm yeo came. talked to me. & ..
the tears came out -.-like WTH lo. so pathetic nias
cos of wad they all said. i cudnt control. sianzzz.
so paiseh lo. i couldnt stop the tears lo. efff.
den tammie said it was okay t let ur feelings out.
it really worked.. alot.

amazingly. i felt so much better aft that.
